Incorporating a Fun & Fresh Identity to Osmo’s eCommerce Site
OBJECTIVE
To develop a visual system which captures the magic of the Osmo brand through the development of “Osmonauts.” While this is a term generally used to describe the children who interact with Osmo products, we wanted to bring them to life to have children be able to identify with them. While parents are generally the purchasers of our product, we also want to show children the excitement that our games can bring to them through these characters.
APPROACH
This was the first project in which Osmo unveiled the Osmonaut brand illustration to the public. I worked closely with an illustrator providing art direction across a variety of assets, and I also developed systems to be used as part of Osmo’s visual standards. As these systems became more fleshed out, I redesigned the homepage to emulate the fun that our brand provides within each Osmo game.
